Submission Guidelines for Articles<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Authors interested in presenting their research at the conference are requested to submit their manuscripts according to the following guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

1. Manuscript Preparation<\/strong>
\n\u2022 The article must be written in clear and concise English and follow a formal scientific style.
\n\u2022 Manuscripts should be prepared using the conference template (Word format) available on the conference website.
\n\u2022 The full paper should not exceed 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references.
\n\u2022 Use A4 page size, single-column format, and the required font style and size as defined in the template.<\/p>\n

2. Article Structure<\/strong>
\nAll submissions should include:
\n1. Title
\n2. Authors\u2019 Names and Affiliations
\n3. Abstract (150\u2013250 words)
\n4. Keywords (3\u20136 words)
\n5. Introduction
\n6. Materials and Methods\/Methodology
\n7. Results and Discussion
\n8. Conclusions
\n9. Acknowledgements (optional)
\n10. References (Vancouver style)<\/p>\n

3. Originality Requirement<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
\n\u2022 All articles will be checked using plagiarism detection software, and papers with high similarity will be rejected.<\/p>\n

4. Submission Process<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the conference submission system (EasyChair).
\n\u2022 Authors should create an account, upload the manuscript, and complete required metadata (title, authors, abstract, keywords).<\/p>\n

5. Review Process<\/strong>
\n\u2022 All papers will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts in the field.
\n\u2022 Reviewers will evaluate the paper based on originality, technical quality, clarity, significance, and relevance to the conference themes.
\n\u2022 Authors may be asked to submit a revised version addressing reviewers\u2019 comments before final acceptance.<\/p>\n

6. Final Submission<\/strong>
\n\u2022 After acceptance, authors must submit the final revised paper along with:
\no A signed copyright transfer form
\no Confirmation of registration by at least one author
\n\u2022 Only papers with completed registration will be included in the conference proceedings.<\/p>\n

7. Presentation Guidelines<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Accepted papers must be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors.
\n\u2022 Presentation duration: 10\u201315 minutes, followed by a short discussion period.<\/p>\n

8. Ethical Standards (COPE Compliance)<\/strong>
\nThe conference strictly adheres to the ethical guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors are expected to follow the highest standards of integrity in research and publishing. This includes:
\n\u2022 Originality: Submitted manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism or duplicate publication.
\n\u2022 Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work, and all contributors must be properly acknowledged.
\n\u2022 Data Integrity: Data, results, and analyses must be reported honestly and without fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate manipulation.
\n\u2022 Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts that could influence the research or its interpretation.
\n\u2022 Ethical Research Practices: Studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data must follow international ethical standards and include necessary approvals.
\n\u2022 Responsible Citation: Authors should cite relevant literature appropriately and avoid excessive self-citation or citation manipulation.<\/p>\n

In cases of suspected misconduct, the conference will follow COPE\u2019s procedures for investigation and resolution, which may include rejection, retraction, or communication with the authors\u2019 institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n
